Below are my workshops for November, there is a little bit of everything this month including some great Christmas Gift Ideas. I have added an extra workshop in on a Monday evening to fit them all in!
LITTLE HOUSE: Monday 9th November, 10.30am. Cost $25.
How cute is this 'little house'? You will be using some NEW stamps along with Watercolour Crayons, I have added some inspirational quotes on mine. Another idea would be to add photos of the family on each side of the house.
2010 CALENDAR PART 1: Wednesday 11th November, 10.30am Cost $30.
This is Part 1 of 4 workshops. In this workshop you will complete the Cover and January page of your calendar. A great Christmas gift idea. Techniques you will be doing are: Rollagraph, White Embossing and Blending.
2010 CALENDAR PART 2: Wednesday 25th November, 10.30am. Cost $25.
In this workshop you will complete Feb - May months. Techniques you will be learning are White Embossing, Rollagraph, Blending, Rock Candy Distress Stickles, Smooch and Design Adhesives. The remainder of the calendar will be completed in the first two Wednesday's of December.
FREE MAKE & TAKE (& 2 demo's): Friday 13th, 8pm
This will be a regular event once a month on a Friday evening. You get to make something for FREE and watch 2 demos using NEW products and techniques, a great time to learn something NEW! You can then choose products from the catalogue up to $35 value or more and go in the running to WIN a great Host gift valued between $35 - $60. The make & take this month is this great Christmas lolly bag which can be used to hold those yummy sugar coated peanuts at Christmas time! It can also be a place setting for the Christmas table...(thanks Heather for that great idea!)
CHRISTMAS CHEER: Monday 16th November, 10.30am. & Monday 30th November, 8pm. Cost $20
In this workshop you will create a card, single page scrapbook layout as well as a hanging Christmas decoration... all in one workshop! Techniques covered will be Crackle Paint, Blending, Rollagraph, Design Adhesives on raw chipboard (looks fantastic!) and Distress Embossing Powder. I will also show you a real QUICK way to colour those chipboard letters...
You will need to purchase Christmas Chipboard Popouts 12x12 for this workshop, I will order it for you when you book in!
CHRISTMAS GIFT PACK: Monday 16th November, 8pm. Cost $25.
Come and create these lovely Christmas Gift ideas, a decorated bag to give a gift in, a pillow box (great idea to give a soap in) and a voucher gift card to pop a store voucher into. These are all created using our NEW range of Christmas SB Papers!
RUBONS, CRACKLE PAINT FRAME-IT: Wednesday 18th November, 10.30am. Cost $25.
I love this technique using Chipboard Popouts and Crackle Paint, lots and lots of texture! In this workshop you can decide which colour Crackle Paint you would like as well as which set of Rubons from the catalogue. You can choose any theme you like!
You will need to purchase the Rubons and Crackle Paint for this workshop, and take home any of the left overs. I really had fun creating these frames, another great Christmas gift idea, remember these frames pack FLAT to send easily in the post!
FANCY FLOURISH BUTTERFLY LAYOUT: Friday 20th November, 10.30am. Cost $20.
Come and master the technique of BLENDING on this beautiful double page layout created by Cheryl Devlin, photos can be added later.
BOY GRUNGE CARDS: Friday 27th November, 10.30am. Cost $20.
It is really hard creating Teenage Boy cards! In this workshop you will create 3 Large Grunge Tag cards inspired by techniques that Tim Holtz is famous for... lots of Blending, Distress Embossing Powder and the NEW Rock Candy Crackle Paint (I think I'm going to use alot of this stuff!!)
DISTRESS CHRISTMAS CARDS: Monday 30th November, 10.30am. Cost $20.
Create 3 beautiful Christmas cards using the Rollagraph and Distress Embossing Powder.
